Elizabeth “Liz” Wood joins Pocket Yacht Company as our newest Service Writer, bringing years of client service experience and a lifelong connection to life on the water. A native of Kent Island on Maryland’s Eastern Shore, Liz grew up boating and enjoying the Chesapeake Bay—making her right at home in the marine industry. Before transitioning into the boating world, Liz spent eight years in the veterinary field where she developed a strong foundation in communication, attention to detail, and customer care. She’s excited to apply those skills in her new role, ensuring our service clients receive a smooth and welcoming experience from start to finish. With a friendly, can-do attitude and a passion for helping people, Liz is a natural fit for our service team. When she’s not assisting customers, you’ll likely find her at the gym, relaxing on the beach, or spending time with her daughter and pets.
